Duties Conduct thorough pest inspections using to identify infestations and assess treatment needs. Propose and follow up with customers proposals to help build the business Follow safety protocal for pest control and equipment usage, driving and personal protection. Operate company vehicles while maintaining a clean driving record. Implement integrated pest management techniques tailored to each client's property, in both a commercial and residential setting. Handle pest control chemicals with precision, ensuring proper storage, mixing, and application to maximize effectiveness while minimizing environmental impact. Engage with customers professionally to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and provide ongoing pest prevention advice. Qualifications Proven experience in pest control preferred Strong understanding of pesticide application knowledge and pesticide management best practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships, build trust and communicate clearly and professionally. Sales experience preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
