Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and potential entry points. Apply liquid treatments, baiting systems, or foam applications using hand tools and power tools to eliminate termite colonies effectively. Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up recommendations for each customer. Operate various hand tools to prepare treatment sites and maintain work areas. Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, safety precautions, and post-treatment care instructions. Qualifications Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or other equipment used in pest management. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely. Good driving record and able to pass a criminal background check. Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills for identifying signs of termite activity. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Good communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients and team members. Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest control and land management.
