Today's pest and wildlife control requires precision and professionalism, and we're looking for team members who take pride in upholding ACE's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Safely and effectively perform wildlife and pest removal services in compliance with company and label procedures. Perform new wildlife inspections as needed and propose solutions to remedy our customers wildlife problems. Inspect and evaluate customer properties (interior, exterior, attics, crawlspaces). Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and office staff. Adhere to scheduled appointments and promptly respond to service call-backs. Perform general exclusion work (including ladder use and basic hand tools). Sell additional services to both new and existing customers. Work outdoors year-round in varying conditions. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Able to pass drug screening and background check. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working from ladders. Previous pest, termite, or wildlife control experience preferred — but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to succeed. We're looking for versatile handymen or specialists with experience in wildlife exclusion, carpentry, wood rot repair, insulation, painting, gutters What We Offer Competitive pay & commission incentives: First-year technicians typically earn $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. Commission is based on a percentage of new sales and a separate commission on service (exclusion) work. Company take home vehicle & gas card.
