We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wildlife Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Wildlife Specialist will be responsible for performing comprehensive wildlife control services, including full roofline exclusions, foundation exclusions, and insulation services. This role requires thorough inspections of homes for wildlife activity, effective communication with homeowners, and the implementation of solutions to prevent and resolve wildlife issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify wildlife activity and potential entry points. Perform full roofline exclusions, foundation exclusions, and insulation services to prevent wildlife entry and infestation. Implement and maintain exclusion devices, barriers, and other preventive measures. Provide expert advice and recommendations to homeowners on wildlife control and prevention. Effectively communicate with customers to explain inspection findings, proposed solutions, and service options. Safely and humanely handle wildlife as needed, in compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records of inspections, services provided, and follow-up actions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in wildlife control.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in wildlife control, pest control, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of wildlife behavior, exclusion techniques, and home construction. Must be comfortable working on a ladder and performing physically demanding tasks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Relevant certifications or licenses in wildlife control (preferred but not required).
