About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and delivering effective treatment solutions. What You'll Do Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity Develop and carry out effective treatment plans Apply pesticides, traps, and other treatments safely and in compliance with regulations Educate customers on preventative measures to reduce future pest issues Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure equipment is properly maintained and service-ready What We're Looking For 1+ year of pest control experience required Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and customer service skills Experience with PestPac is a plus
