Apartment Maintenance Technicians -

HVAC, Carpentry, Pest Control & Site Maintenance Location:

$16-$22 per hour , based on experience and qualifications We're hiring experienced maintenance professionals for several positions at an apartment community in Augusta, GA. Whether your background is in HVAC, carpentry, pest control, or general apartment maintenance, we'd like to hear from you. HVAC Maintenance Technician (MT) Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems in occupied apartments, vacant units, and common areas. Respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment and airflow problems, replace faulty components, perform preventive maintenance, and document completed repairs. Assist with general apartment maintenance as needed.

Required certification:

Current EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification . Applicants must have hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience. Carpentry Maintenance Technician (MT) Repair and replace doors, frames, trim, cabinets, shelving, flooring, and other apartment features. Assess damage, select appropriate materials, complete repairs during apartment turnovers, and respond to carpentry-related service requests. Applicants should be experienced with hand and power tools and able to produce neat, durable work. Site Assistant Maintenance Technician (AMT) Support the maintenance team with service requests, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnovers. Duties may include changing filters and fixtures, making basic repairs, patching and painting walls, checking appliances, preparing materials, and keeping work areas clean. Identify problems that require a specialized technician and report them to the supervisor. Prior maintenance experience is preferred. Pest Control Maintenance Technician (MT) Inspect apartments, buildings, and surrounding areas for pest activity. Perform authorized treatments, document findings and services, complete follow-up work, and explain preparation and prevention steps to residents and property staff. Follow product labels and safety procedures.

Required credential:

Current Georgia Department of Agriculture Registered Employee credential or Certified Operator license in Category 29: Household Pest Control (HPC) . Pest control work must be performed through a properly licensed company. Requirements for All Positions Valid driver's license and clean driving record. No criminal background within the past seven years. Dependable attendance and professional communication with residents and coworkers. Ability to perform the physical duties of the position and use assigned tools safely.
