The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods, tools, and safety protocols. Clean driving record is a must. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed. Develop customized pest management plans based on the specific needs of each client. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and the importance of regular maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including chemicals used and recommendations made. Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills Experience not required but preferred. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service benefits to clients. Familiarity with pest control techniques and safety regulations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.
