Overview Lead Pest Control Technician Prime Pest Solutions is looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly dependable Lead Pest Control Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the pest control industry, takes pride in their work, and can deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and perform residential and/or commercial pest control services. Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and determine appropriate treatment solutions. Safely and effectively apply pesticides in accordance with label requirements and company procedures. Communicate professionally and confidently with customers, addressing questions, concerns, and service needs. Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service and communication. Help train, mentor, and support other technicians. Maintain accurate service records, treatment documentation, and inventory. Identify opportunities to provide additional services when appropriate. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Prime Pest Solutions standards. Take ownership of daily responsibilities and proactively address issues before they become problems. Represent Prime Pest Solutions professionally at all times. Qualifications & Requirements Previous pest control experience is required. Must hold a valid pest control license/certification through the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Demonstrated knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, and pesticide safety. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills and a professional, personable approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment . Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Strong leadership skills and the ability to train, motivate, and support a team. Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Professional appearance and attitude. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Ability to work outdoors and perform the physical requirements of the position.
