Job Summary We are hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, customer service focused, and enjoys working independently. Prior pest control experience is helpful, but not required. We provide paid training, and licensing is a plus. The Pest Control Technician is responsible for identifying pest issues, recommending the right treatment, and applying chemical or manual solutions safely and effectively. This position also includes route management, customer service, basic sales, recordkeeping, and maintaining company equipment and vehicles. $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
