Licensed Mosquito Control Technician Certified applicator's and licensed
Technicians Division:
Insect Control Department We are looking for an experienced pest control technician to join the Insect Control Department at our rapidly growing residential service company. The technician will be joining a results-driven organization and will be a contributing member of the team working in conjunction with the department manager. After successful onboarding and participating in our paid training program, the candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring all their needs are met. The candidate will help our customers and the surrounding community remediate unwanted and invasive pest concerns. About Us Neds Home has been in business since 1965. We are in the business of making make outside fun and safe. We provide outdoor pest control services to residential and commercial customers, eliminating and repelling outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas. We have a unique and fun culture - and we want you to join us! Work can be made available year-round for the right candidate. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas Handling and safely mixing pesticides per state and federal regulations The ability to walk customer's property while carrying equipment weight up to 40lbs Keep company vehicles clean and well-organized Willingness and ability to work flexible hours Explain service procedures to customers Key Competencies Learn and adhere to all company procedures and ensure customer satisfaction standards Legal and responsible chemical handling Must be self-motivated and maintain a strong work ethic Customer service driven Strong verbal communication and decision-making skills Ability to work independently Detailed oriented Ability to quickly learn core business functions Ability to work alone and without direct supervision Qualifications Pest control experience is Must Certified applicator's and licensed Technicians Position requirements: the ability to lift equipment up to 40lbs, carry, kneel, and bend for extended periods Valid Driver's license (clean record)
Additional Highlights Pay:
$20 to $25 per hour based on experience

Work Days:
Monday to Friday; Saturday during peak season (April-October) Health Insurance 401(k)
