Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bait Technician to join our team. As a Bait Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge termite treatments as well as expertise in pest control techniques. Duties:
- Preform Sentricon Bait Inspections.
- Apply appropriate pesticides or other pest control treatments to eliminate pests
- Install pest control devices and barriers to prevent future infestations
- Educate customers on proper sanitation practices and preventive measures to minimize pest activity
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Drive company vehicles to travel between job sites
Requirements:
- Previous experience Sentricon,or ATBS bait inspections required.
- Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods
- Familiarity with farm machinery, hand tools, and power tools used in pest control operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
