Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bait Technician to join our team. As a Bait Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge termite treatments as well as expertise in pest control techniques. Duties:
  • Preform Sentricon Bait Inspections.
  • Apply appropriate pesticides or other pest control treatments to eliminate pests
  • Install pest control devices and barriers to prevent future infestations
  • Educate customers on proper sanitation practices and preventive measures to minimize pest activity
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
  • Drive company vehicles to travel between job sites
Requirements:
  • Previous experience Sentricon,or ATBS bait inspections required.
  • Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods
  • Familiarity with farm machinery, hand tools, and power tools used in pest control operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Sales experience is a plus
