A Pest Control Technician controls problems with unwanted animals and insects in residences, commercial buildings and the areas around them. Inspects buildings, identifies pests and determines pest control treatment. Provides applications of chemical pesticides and sets traps or bait. Makes minor building repairs as needed to keep pests out.

Paid Training Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a typical Monday-Friday workweek and occasional seasonal overtime. During December, January, and February, employees with less than two years of service are guaranteed at least 35 hours per week. After completing two years of service, employees are guaranteed 40 hours per week during those months.
