Pest Control Technician / Exterminator $20-23/hour + Performance Bonuses + Company Vehicle +

Paid Training Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a typical Monday-Friday workweek and occasional seasonal overtime. During December, January, and February, employees with less than two years of service are guaranteed at least 35 hours per week. After completing two years of service, employees are guaranteed 40 hours per week during those months.

What You'll Do Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity Perform pest control and extermination services safely and effectively Educate customers on preventing future pest problems Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service Complete service reports using company software Recommend additional services when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Participate in ongoing training and team meetings Follow all safety procedures and company standards What We're Looking For We're looking for people with great attitudes more than perfect resumes.

Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills A positive, professional attitude The ability to work independently Good problem-solving skills Basic smartphone and technology skills A willingness to learn Dependability and accountability Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working around insects and rodents Ability to pass a respirator fit test Must be able to meet respirator fit requirements.
