The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, identifying, and eliminating pests in residential and commercial properties. This role requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities to ensure effective pest management and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points. Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address pest issues. Apply appropriate pest control methods using safe and effective techniques. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and safety precautions. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and chemicals used. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards. Perform follow-up visits to monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed. Keep equipment clean, calibrated, and in good working condition.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or licenses preferred. Proven experience in pest control or related field is a plus. Knowledge of pest identification, control methods, and safety procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical ability to perform inspections in various environments, including confined spaces or elevated areas.
