EXTERIOR HOME SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Full-Time Compensation:

$5,000/month base ($60,000/year) + upsell commissions

We provide recurring exterior maintenance services designed to make taking care of a home simple and convenient. The Position:

We are hiring full-time Exterior Home Service Technicians to perform residential services at customers' homes throughout the Boise area. This is a hands-on position. You will work with another technician, travel to scheduled customer appointments in a company vehicle, complete services professionally and efficiently, and make sure every customer has a great experience.

Services May Include:

Exterior window cleaning Gutter cleaning Siding soft washing Residential pest control Garbage bin cleaning Christmas light installation and removal Other exterior home maintenance services Training will be provided on our equipment, service procedures, safety standards, and customer experience expectations.

What You'll Do:

Complete scheduled residential service appointments Operate professional cleaning and service equipment Inspect the property before and after completing work Communicate professionally with homeowners Identify additional services that may benefit the customer Maintain and organize company vehicles, equipment, and supplies Follow company safety and service procedures Document completed work through company software Work closely with your technician partner and operations team Represent Silver Pine professionally at every customer's home

Compensation:

Base Pay:

$5,000 per month ($60,000 per year) Technicians also have the opportunity to earn additional income through customer upsells. When a technician adds an additional recurring service for an existing customer, the technician receives a 2X commission based on the additional monthly amount.

Example:

Add a service worth $50/month -> earn a $100 commission. Upsell commissions are paid the following Friday.

Company Vehicle & Equipment:

Company work vehicle Company-paid fuel for work Professional equipment and tools Uniform/apparel Training Scheduled customer appointments You will not be expected to use your personal vehicle to complete customer jobs.

Schedule & Service Area:

Full-Time. Work is performed throughout Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Nampa, and surrounding Treasure Valley areas. Because this is exterior home service work, technicians should be comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
