• As a Field Technician in the General Pest Department at Platinum Pest Solutions, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to multi-family and commercial clients. Your role includes inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, implementing effective treatment plans, and educating customers on pest prevention. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine treatment solutions. Apply pest control treatments safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance strategies. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Follow safety protocols and use proper handling procedures for chemicals and equipment. Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide recommendations. Maintain and clean company-provided equipment and vehicles. Stay updated on industry best practices, new treatment methods, and regulations.

Pest Control Technician Benefits:
