We're growing and looking for a dedicated Pest Control Technician who is ready for rewarding field work and wants to earn based on performance. This is a hands-on outdoor service role. You'll drive a company vehicle on daily routes, conduct thorough inspections inside and outside homes and businesses, safely treat pest issues (ants, rodents, termites, bed bugs, spiders, wasps, and more), and provide helpful recommendations to customers who appreciate your expertise. What We Offer unlimited commission earnings Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, and Short-Term Disability (STD) Retirement plan with company matching Generous PTO that increases with tenure Company vehicle and fuel card Paid training and full support to obtain your Illinois pesticide applicator license Uniforms and all equipment provided ($75 boot credit per year) Supportive team environment with real opportunities for growth Requirements Minimum 1+ years of professional pest control experience (preferred ) Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record — no at-fault accidents or moving violations (including speeding) in the last 5 years Must be available to work Monday-Friday and two to three Saturdays per month Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in all weather conditions and tight spaces Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude High school diploma or equivalent Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while representing our company with pride Drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check required. Important Note This is a physically active, outdoor field position that involves direct customer interaction and hands-on pest management. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys being on the move, solving real problems, and earning more through strong performance and service recommendations. It is not a desk job or Monday-Friday-only indoor role.
