Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Midwest Pest Solutions on daily residential and commercial routes, delivering top-quality pest management services while building lasting relationships with our clients. Schedule & Benefits Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM start time Company vehicle provided for your daily route (not a take-home vehicle) 7 days paid vacation, accrued after your 90-day review Semi-annual performance bonuses Paid federal holidays What You'll Do Perform pest inspections, treatments, and follow-up services for residential and commercial clients Lead daily routes with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail Communicate clearly and courteously with clients before, during, and after each visit Document services accurately and maintain proper records Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment responsibly Collaborate with office staff and fellow technicians to ensure seamless service delivery Represent Midwest Pest Solutions with integrity on every job What We're Looking For 3+ years of pest control experience (residential and/or commercial) Valid Illinois Pest Control license (or ability to obtain one) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Team player who supports and lifts up colleagues Ability to work independently and manage a daily route with minimal supervision Physical ability to perform the duties of the role (lifting, kneeling, working in varied environments)
