Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Termite Control Technician to join our pest management team. In this role, you will be responsible for checking, installing, and maintaining termite baiting systems. Your service will help protect homes and businesses from structural damage caused by termites. This position offers a flexible schedule, an opportunity to develop specialized skills in pest control, and working with customers within a dynamic primarily outdoor work environment. Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance of Sentricon termite baiting systems, including servicing and maintaining bait stations according to established protocols. Check bait stations for termite activity and monitor the condition and effectiveness of the baiting system. Replace, replenish, and properly position bait and station components as needed. Electronically document all service visits, maintenance performed, bait usage, and system conditions using company-provided software or mobile devices. Communicate professionally with customers regarding completed service and answer basic questions about the Sentricon system and termite protection. Maintain company equipment and supplies and safely perform routine outdoor work associated with servicing termite bait stations. Experience No prior pest-control experience required; training will be provided. Demonstrates reasonable intelligence, good judgment, and common sense, with the ability to learn and follow established procedures. Dependable, reliable, and punctual, with a good work ethic. Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and professionalism when working with customers, coworkers, and company property. Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to complete electronic service documentation accurately. Possesses a valid driver's license and good driving record. Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
