Pest management experience is not required. We provide paid training and ongoing development to help you build a successful long-term career in the pest management industry. ​ What You'll Be Doing As a Green Pest Solutions Service Technician, you'll help create pest-free, worry-free environments where people feel safe, healthy, and at ease. ​ Responsibilities include: Inspecting homes and businesses for pest activity and identifying pest issues. ​ Performing pest treatments using exclusion, product application, baiting, and monitoring techniques. ​ Communicating findings, treatments performed, and recommendations in a clear and friendly manner. ​ Building strong relationships with customers through outstanding service. ​ Completing all required documentation and regulatory paperwork. ​ Solving problems and helping customers protect their homes and businesses. ​ Who We're Looking For Successful team members typically have: A strong work ethic Excellent customer service skills Strong communication abilities Problem-solving skills A positive, team-oriented attitude The ability to work independently A valid driver's license Experience in pest management is a plus, but it is not required.
