Orkin's Paducah branch is hiring a technician to do crawlspace encapsulation, insulation, and termite treatment work. This is real hands-on work. You'll be under houses installing vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, and sump pumps, pulling out old insulation and putting in new, treating homes for termites, and taking care of moisture and fungus problems. If you don't mind tight spaces and like seeing a nasty crawlspace turned into a clean, dry one, you'll do well here.

A typical day:
