We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with experience in termite treatments, inspections, and compliance procedures. The ideal candidate understands proper application methods, safety standards, and state regulations, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service to homeowners and businesses. Responsibilities and Duties Perform termite inspections for residential and commercial properties Conduct subterranean termite treatments (liquid, baiting systems, and pre-construction treatments as applicable) Accurately mix and apply termiticides according to label and state regulations Complete detailed inspection reports and required documentation Ensure compliance with Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry (LDAF) regulations Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly with customers Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and tools Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times Qualifications and Skills Previous experience working with a licensed pest control company in the applied area is a plus. Active Louisiana Termite Technician License (Required) Strong knowledge of termite biology and treatment methods Understanding of state compliance and application regulations Ability to read and follow product labels and safety data sheets Attention to detail and strong documentation skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage daily routes Physical ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments Time management and organizational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude
