This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, enforcing safety protocols, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring overall quality control. The Field Supervisor plays a critical role in driving team collaboration and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders on-site. Qualifications Experience in construction disciplines such as metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, lath and plaster, and carpentry Strong project management and team leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate crews Solid understanding of safety regulations and job site compliance Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Excellent communication skills to coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams Prior supervisory or field leadership experience in construction preferred Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus
