IPM Technician - Pest End Inc Pest End Inc, a trusted, locally owned pest control company in North Andover, MA, seeks an IPM Technician to provide safe, effective pest management for residential and commercial clients. In this field-based role, you'll perform inspections, identify pest issues, implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) treatments, and educate customers on prevention. Work independently while supported by a team-first, safety-focused culture. Build a stable, hands-on career with growth into advanced technician and leadership roles as you develop technical and customer-service expertise. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial inspections to identify pest activity and conditions conducive to infestations Implement IPM treatment plans using safe, effective, and compliant methods Monitor traps, exclusion devices, and follow-up treatments to ensure long-term prevention Educate customers on findings, treatment options, and preventive measures Document services, findings, and materials used using company systems Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and materials in clean, safe working order Follow all safety, regulatory, and company protocols in the field Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex pest issues Required Skills Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques Pesticide application and safety Pest identification and biology Use of traps and exclusion methods Inspection and monitoring procedures Customer service and communication Basic report writing and documentation Safe driving and route navigation Use of handheld/mobile field technology Time management and task prioritization
