What You'll Do:
Visit customer homes and businesses to provide pest management services. Conduct inspections, identify pest issues, and carry out treatment plans using safe, effective products and practices. Communicate with and educate customers on what you're doing and how it helps them. Maintain detailed records using mobile software (we'll train you). Collaborate with the team and uphold company standards of professionalism and care. What the Work is
Really Like:
You'll work independently most days. Some days are physically demanding. You'll occasionally work in tight spaces or outdoors in New England weather. Busy season can require overtime. Customers depend on you - and that responsibility matters.
Requirements:
Strong track record of dependability and punctuality. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using a tablet and learning mobile apps for reporting. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Must pass background check and drug screen.
Preferred But Not Required:
Prior experience in pest control, field service, landscaping, or similar. MA or CT Pesticide License (we provide training and help you get certified).
