Graduate Pest Solutions is a family-owned pest control company serving communities throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern/Central Connecticut. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for another friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team. Our CSRs are an important part of keeping our business running smoothly. You'll be one of the people our customers rely on when they call our office, and you'll work closely with our technicians and other team members to help keep everyone's day organized and on track. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in getting the details right, and can keep your cool when several things are happening at once, you may fit in really well here. And don't worry—you don't need to know anything about bugs or pest control when you walk through the door. We'll teach you that part! What Will You Be Doing? No two days are exactly alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls and providing friendly, professional customer service Helping customers with questions, service requests, and account needs Scheduling appointments and coordinating changes to the service schedule Maintaining accurate customer and account information in our software systems Processing customer payments Making outgoing calls to customers when needed Assisting with invoices, statements, payments, and basic bookkeeping-related tasks Scanning, organizing, and maintaining documents and records Helping maintain office supplies and preparing materials for our technicians Providing general administrative and operational support to the team This is a position where you'll interact with customers, technicians, and coworkers throughout the day. You'll need to be comfortable switching gears, solving problems, and keeping track of the details. You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
