Shift:
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Your shift could start very early (before 5:00 AM). We do not schedule nights or weekends, but occasionally urgent customer requests require some flexibility.Key Responsibilities:
Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers. Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations. Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs. Use all safety equipment as instructed. Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc. Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company. Perform pest control inspections and services for commercial customers on a defined route. Complete all stops or reschedule within a specified time frame. Apply pesticides according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions. Respond to customer inquiries quickly and thoroughly via email, text, phone call. Assist with generating new sales leads. Visit potential new customers and sign them up for service. We pay a generous bonus for bringing in new business.Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person. Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills. Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job. Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping. Self-motivated and results driven. Valid Driver's license with a good driving record. Pass a background check and drug screen. Have a minimum of 2 yrs' commercial pest control experience Don't mind very early hours (start early, finish early) Have a consistent work history & track record of dependability Thrive on building relationships and providing excellent service Bilingual skills a plus Basic computer literacy required (smart phone, email, basic Excel).
