LEAD PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Kindred Pest Control | Wixom, Michigan

POSITION SUMMARY

Kindred Pest Control is seeking a reliable, adaptable, and motivated Lead Pest Control Technician to join our Wixom branch. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and the ability to support and train other technicians. Lead Technician experience is preferred but not required. The successful candidate should be team-oriented, take initiative, work effectively in challenging situations, and go above and beyond to support the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Train newer technicians in proper pest control application techniques. Assist technicians with route efficiency and time management. Provide guidance on professional customer interactions. Assist with troubleshooting re-services and service-related concerns. Support technicians in challenging or uncomfortable situations. Provide leadership and guidance while maintaining service standards. Take initiative and go above and beyond to support the team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MUST

have CORE, 7A, and 7F pest control licensing. Must be reliable, dependable, adaptable, and able to multitask. Must have strong leadership, communication, and time management skills. Must be able to work in uncomfortable or challenging situations. Must be willing to go above and beyond for the team. Ability to train and support newer technicians. Must be available Monday-Friday and every other Saturday.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous Lead Technician experience is preferred but not required. Experience training or mentoring technicians. Experience with route efficiency, customer interactions, and troubleshooting re-services.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Annual Salary:

$46,800 per year |

Weekly Pay:

$900 before taxes |
