What We Offer A great hourly wage with the opportunity to earn more via overtime, commissions, and profit sharing Paid holidays and vacations Extensive and paid on the job and classroom training Advancement opportunities Opportunity for a company vehicle All needed supplies and equipment A chance to contribute to the welfare of local wildlife A fun work environment where you get to work outdoors and be the hero for families in your community everyday Description of Duties Installing barriers, applying sealant and reinforcing building materials to prevent wildlife entry Cleaning and repairing wildlife damage and contamination Use of power/hand tools, insulation/restoration equipment Humanely removing wildlife from homes, businesses and structures in accordance with company procedures Adherence to all Health and Safety Policies, Procedures, and requirements Accurate and timely preparation of company documents and correspondence Carrying out the services of Humane Wildlife Control Inc. as quoted by salesperson in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and standards Job assignments may include positions such as crouching, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing up and down ladders, carrying ladders and other equipment & driving motor vehicles Promotion of all services offered by the company Reporting any incidents relating to Health and Safety Any other duties as required Job Requirements Presenting a professional business-like appearance Performing duties in a professional manner. Comfortable working on ladders and roofs Comfortable working in close proximity with wildlife Comfortable working in adverse weather conditions Comfortable working in tight spaces including attics and crawlspaces Maintaining clean driving/criminal record to ensure suitability for company insurance coverage Participation in training programs as required
