You'll meet with homeowners, inspect their properties, identify pest and termite concerns, and recommend customized solutions based on what you find.

What You'll Do Inspect Homes Perform thorough inspections of residential properties, including interiors, exteriors, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas where pest or termite activity and structural vulnerabilities may be present. Recommend Solutions Explain your findings clearly to homeowners, educate them on potential risks, and recommend customized pest and termite protection solutions. Close the Sale Turn opportunities into customers by following up on company-provided leads, prospecting for new business, generating referrals, and consistently working toward or exceeding sales goals. Build Relationships Create trust with homeowners through professional, honest, and exceptional customer service. Work as a Team Partner with our highly trained Service Technicians and branch team to ensure the services you sell are delivered professionally and efficiently. What We're Looking For Character Above everything else, we want people with strong character, high moral standards, and a genuine desire to help others. Competitive Drive Previous outside sales or B2C sales experience is a plus, but we're also interested in highly motivated individuals who are ready to learn and succeed in a performance-driven environment. Strong Communication Skills You should be comfortable meeting new people, asking questions, presenting solutions, and explaining technical information in a way homeowners can easily understand. Self-Motivation This isn't a desk job. You'll manage your day in the field, so organization, discipline, accountability, and follow-through are essential. Physical Ability You must be comfortable walking properties, climbing ladders, and entering areas such as attics and crawlspaces as part of the inspection process.
