All Solutions Pest Control is a family owned company serving St. Charles County with over 1,000 five-star reviews. We are hiring a Pest Control Technician to service residential customers in the St. Charles and St. Louis County areas. This position offers paid training, a take-home company truck, strong earning potential, and year-round work. No pest control experience is required — we provide full training and licensing. Pay & Benefits $17-$20/hour starting pay (depending on experience) Higher earning potential with overtime and bonuses Take-home company truck Gas card provided (no commuting expenses) Sales commissions and performance bonuses Paid time off 401(k) with company matching A Typical Day Start your day from home in a company truck Service residential pest control customers Run a daily route Inspect homes and apply pest treatments Communicate with homeowners about pest solutions Maintain service records through our mobile system During peak season technicians may work 5-6 days per week , with plenty of overtime available. What We're Looking For Someone who can work independently and manage their route Strong customer service skills Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Reliable and motivated team player Requirements Valid driver's license with good driving record Must be 21 years or older Ability to pass background check and drug test No pest control experience required — we provide training Why Technicians Like Working Here Family owned company (not corporate) Consistent year-round work Supportive team environment Take-home copany truck
