Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Safely apply pesticides, chemical agents, and pest control solutions following all safety protocols and pesticide management regulations. Operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, and ladder equipment to access difficult areas for treatment. Use ladder safety procedures and confined space entry safety procedures to reach high or restricted areas securely. Implement integrated pest management techniques that emphasize environmentally responsible practices and long-term prevention. Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, pest activity reports, and treatment outcomes for compliance and client communication. Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatment procedures clearly, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, farm machinery, or hand tools is advantageous. Familiarity with pesticide application knowledge, chemical agent handling, and pesticide management practices. Knowledge of entomology principles related to pest identification and behavior. Understanding of respiratory protection equipment use and safety protocol adherence during chemical handling. Experience operating company vehicles safely and responsibly in various outdoor environments. Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude toward customer service excellence.
