Carolina Turf and Mosquito — Charlotte, NC Area Estimated total earnings: $45,000-$60,000+ per year through base hourly pay + performance incentives tied to production. Monday-Friday. Full-time. This is not an entry-level landscaping job. We are looking for someone with proven field experience who wants more responsibility, better earning potential, and room to grow. Carolina Turf & Mosquito is a locally owned and growing company serving the Charlotte area. We are looking for an experienced technician who can take ownership of a professional route, work independently, communicate well with customers, and consistently produce high-quality results. What You'll Do Manage a recurring residential turf and mosquito service route Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and mosquito-control products according to label requirements and company procedures Diagnose common turf, weed, insect, and disease issues Operate professional spray and application equipment Communicate professionally with customers about services, observations, and recommendations Accurately document completed services and property conditions Maintain your assigned vehicle, equipment, products, and inventory Assist with aeration and seeding during the fall season Identify opportunities to improve customer properties and service results Work independently while remaining accountable to the team Minimum Qualifications At least 1 year of professional turf, pest-control, or comparable route-service experience Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable employment history Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently without constant supervision Ability to perform physical outdoor work in North Carolina weather Strong communication and customer-service skills Attention to detail Ability to follow pesticide labels, safety procedures, and application instructions precisely Experience That Will Put You at the Top of the List Lawn fertilization and weed-control experience Turf management experience Pest-control or mosquito-control experience North Carolina pesticide license or certification Experience operating professional spray equipment Experience managing a recurring customer route Golf course or sports turf experience Experience diagnosing weeds, insects, turf disease, and lawn-health issues Who Does Well Here?
