The Opportunity:

Pest Control Technician This is more than applying treatments. As a Pest Control Technician, you will: Inspect homes and businesses for pest activity Develop customized treatment plans Deliver professional pest control services Educate customers and build trust face-to-face Identify opportunities to grow your route Take ownership of your production and performance Every home is different. Every problem is unique. Every day requires critical thinking and professionalism. This is a technical trade that rewards discipline and consistency. What the Job Looks Like Full-Time (Part-Time considered) Typically Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays (Flexible scheduling options available) Outdoor work year-round Accessing crawl spaces when necessary Using tablets and company-provided technology Driving between service locations You'll work independently — but always as part of a team.
