JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage a dedicated route, providing pest control and inspection services to both residential and commercial clients according to established standards for timeliness and quality. Provide proactive, knowledgeable guidance to customers, effectively communicating options and recommendations for managing new or complex pest problems Perform thorough inspections of customer's property prior to installation, and will maintain and monitor established Sentricon baiting stations according to schedule and label instructions. Renew termite bait and identify any new conditions conducive for termite activity. Follow diagrams of problem areas of infestation Upload site data from scanner to computer, as well as update station layout graphs and daily activity reports. Maintain schedule, keep appointments and arrive on time. Be able to enter and exit structures and crawl spaces, ascend and descend ladders and stairwells, and climb over and under structures under a variety of environmental conditions including seasonal weather, damp and dusty conditions. Able to routinely lift, push and pull equipment and large, bulky items weighing up to 50 lbs. Report problems, concerns, or issues to manager as quickly as possible Excellent customer service skills, communicating procedures to customers as needed and answer questions Good driving record, ability to pass drug and background check, desire to work outdoors Comply with all state and federal regulations company policies, procedures and guidelines. Must have a valid DL, pass a background/driving check, and random drug testing.
