Will train the right person with a positive can-do attitude. This role is essential in providing effective pest management solutions to our clients, ensuring their properties remain pest-free. The ideal candidate will possess a customer service mindset and eagerness to grow their knowledge in pest management. Duties (Training Provided) Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs. Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention methods. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Experience Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in pest control or a related field is helpful. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of services offered to clients. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites. Must have clean driving record in order to be assigned a company vehicle and gas card. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
