Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders, and farm machinery as needed for pest control treatments and property access. Implement integrated pest management strategies to develop customized treatment plans that minimize chemical use while maximizing effectiveness. Operate company vehicles responsibly to reach job sites promptly and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, safety procedures followed, and treatment outcomes. Adhere strictly to safety protocols including ladder safety procedures, respiratory protection measures, confined space entry safety procedures, and chemical handling guidelines. Engage with customers professionally to explain pest control procedures, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Assist with lawn care, landscaping tasks or farming activities as part of comprehensive property maintenance when required. Qualifications Prior experience in pest control or related fields such as lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Knowledge of pesticide application techniques, pesticide management practices, and integrated pest management principles. Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, farm machinery or other equipment relevant to pest control tasks. Familiarity with ladder use and ladder safety procedures to access hard-to-reach areas safely. Understanding of chemical agent handling including proper storage, application techniques, respiratory protection equipment use, and safety protocols. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles responsibly.
