Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues. Implement pest control treatments using appropriate methods and products. Utilize farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools effectively for various pest control tasks. Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatment plans and preventative measures to clients. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and recommendations made. Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management strategies. Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques and industry regulations. Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or a related field is mandatory. Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, and farm operations is a plus. Ability to operate farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to learn about pest control methods and sales techniques as needed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be detail-oriented and capable of following safety protocols diligently.
