We're building a fast-growing pest control company in North Jersey and looking for an ambitious, outgoing, hardworking person who wants to build a career with us. No pest control experience is required. We'll train you. You'll learn pest control, exclusion work, customer service, sales, door-to-door marketing, and the day-to-day operations of a growing home-service company. We're looking for someone who is: Extremely social and comfortable talking to customers Hungry to learn, grow, and make money Reliable and hardworking Comfortable getting their hands dirty Coachable and able to take constructive criticism Interested in sales and customer service A team player willing to help wherever needed Looking for a long-term career, not a temporary job Able to maintain a clean and professional company vehicle A safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record

Compensation:

Training starts at approximately $17/hour, with increases as you complete training and take on additional responsibilities. Full-time earning potential is approximately $40,000-$60,000+, depending on experience, performance, commissions, overtime, and additional responsibilities. There are opportunities to earn additional money through sales commissions and performance incentives. We want people who eventually want to become licensed technicians, salespeople, trainers, managers, and leaders within the company. Long-term team members may have opportunities for additional compensation and equity as the company continues to grow.
