Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity, harborage areas, and potential entry points Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively using approved products, equipment, hand tools, and power equipment Develop customized treatment plans based on the specific pest issues and needs of each customer Install, monitor, and service rodent control devices, bait stations, traps, and exclusion materials Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and recommendations to help reduce future pest activity Maintain accurate service records, treatment reports, chemical usage logs, and customer notes Operate company vehicles safely while traveling between service locations Follow all state regulations, company policies, and safety procedures regarding pesticide applications and equipment use Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude Skills Previous pest control experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely use hand tools, power equipment, sprayers, dusters, bait stations, and other pest control equipment Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Willingness to obtain and maintain any required pest control certifications and licenses Ability to follow safety protocols and handle pesticides responsibly Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus 15% commission on completed and collected services Unlimited earning potential based on performance Paid training Opportunities for advancement Company vehicle and equipment provided Supportive team environment Stable, year-round employment Join a company that values hard work, professionalism, and customer satisfaction while making a real difference in protecting homes and businesses from unwanted pests.
