Pest control is a stable, high-demand essential service — full-time, 12 months a year. What You'll Do Run your assigned daily service route, inspecting properties and applying treatments safely and correctly. Talk directly with customers about what you found and what you did — you're the face of Certus Home Services on every stop. Follow all PPE and safety/compliance standards on every application. Track treatment results and follow up when needed. Keep accurate service records and keep your vehicle and equipment ready to go. What Success Looks Like — And What It Gets You Utility Technicians who own their route the way we know you can typically: Complete 98%+ of scheduled stops and keep documentation 90%+ accurate — this is what earns you a bigger route and more responsibility. Generate 8+ qualified leads a month, which feeds directly into your monthly bonus. Resolve 95%+ of service issues within 24 hours and keep customers highly satisfied — the track record that fast-tracks you toward your Pest Control Technician license. Requirements:

What You'll Bring Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience and a clean record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. A strong work ethic and comfort working independently, outdoors, in varying conditions. No pest control experience required — we'll train you. Nice to Have (not required) Prior pest control or related field/route-based experience. An active pest control license or certification.
