Job Description
Overview We're looking for someone to grow with our company in our beautiful town. If your detail oriented, can problem solve, take pride in your work, have great customer service skills and love being outdoors, then this job is for you! You'll have your own work vehicle, and we'll supply your uniforms. We offer competitive pay, your first raise after obtaining an operator's license. You will be training until the required licensing is done. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, or agricultural sites to identify pest activity and environmental conditions conducive to pests. Apply appropriate pest control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards. Develop customized pest management plans that incorporate lawn care, or landscaping to prevent future infestations. Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, site conditions, and follow-up actions to ensure compliance and track progress. Operate and maintain various tools and equipment such as sprayers to perform treatments efficiently. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies. Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Experience We will pay for your testing. Must have a clean driving record. A printout will be required during your interview. Must have a valid driver license. Experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to work in extreme heat, cold, and windy conditions. Must be able to carry up to 50lbs on your back. Must be able to properly use a ladder and be able to crawl in/under confined spaces. Must be able to communicate with our customers in a professional and pleasant manner. Rudeness NOT tolerated. We work very hard to give great quality service!
