Field Requirements:

Education/Licenses:

High School Degree or GED Equivalent NY Commercial Pesticide Applicator license required. Proven experience in Pest Control Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, management, and team members. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional service. Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and assess pest activity to determine the appropriate treatment strategy for each situation. Perform pest control treatments in accordance with established schedules, safety procedures, and product label requirements. Safely operate, maintain, and care for all tools, equipment, and materials assigned to the route. Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, service updates, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Identify and discuss additional service opportunities that support a comprehensive pest management program. Serve as a trusted resource for customers by recommending effective pest management solutions tailored to their needs. Complete all required service documentation accurately and in a timely manner using company-provided mobile technology. Maintain detailed service records and correspondence through both electronic and written documentation following each visit.
