About the Job We are a family-owned small business that has been serving New York City since 1995, and we're looking for an experienced pest control technician to join our team. You'll drive a commercial route serving businesses, restaurants, multi-family housing, and other establishments, inspecting for pests, treating the problem areas, and sealing up entry points. This is steady, hands-on work with a friendly, supportive team behind you. You'll be on your own for most of the day, so we're looking for someone independent and reliable who's comfortable being on the road and takes pride in doing the job right. What You'll Do Perform pest control services at businesses, restaurants, and multi-family housing Run a daily driving route and complete all your assigned stops Diagnose pest issues and treat them at the root cause Communicate clearly with customers and document your services Keep your company truck, equipment, and pesticide inventory in good order Follow all state regulations and safety standards Requirements Experience as a pest control technician or exterminator (pesticide license a plus, but not required) Valid driver's license and a good driving record Able to work independently and manage a route Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable working around insects and animals, including in tight spaces Basic computer skills for documenting your work Why You'll Love Working Here We take care of our team with benefits like health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a Simple IRA retirement plan with company matching.
