We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Termite Technicians. Willing to train the right candidate if you are hungry for growth, humble, and smart. Pay & Benefits $30-$40 per hour (base hourly plus production per job) Paid holidays 5 days paid time off (PTO) Company training provided Opportunities for advancement Full-time, year-round work Responsibilities Perform termite inspections and treatments Install and monitor termite bait systems Communicate findings and recommendations with customers Maintain accurate service records Operate company equipment safely and professionally Follow state and company safety standards Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work outdoors and in crawlspaces/attics Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong communication and customer service skills Pest control, Termite, Landscape, or Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Schedule Monday-Friday, 2 Saturdays a Month Overtime occasionally License Requirements Candidates must be able to obtain any required Ohio pesticide applicator licensing as required by state law.
