Huge potential to create your own opportunities in the regional market ; Comprehensive benefits package including low cost medical, dental, vision insurances, 1x annual salary life insurance, and many more optional benefits (visit rollinsbenefits.com for more information) ; 401(k) plan with 4.5% company match , Rollins employee stock purchase plan; A generous PTO (paid time off) program, and six paid holidays--earn up to 15 PTO days your first year; Employer discount program through PerkSpot; Stability and growth with a company that values its people Responsibilities The Role As a Service Manager , you'll help lead daily operations and support a team of pest control technicians by: Coaching, training, and mentoring technicians Assisting with scheduling, routing, and quality control Supporting technicians in the field and filling in on routes when needed Supporting hiring, training, and team development Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections Review and submit service-related documents and reporting Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections Serving as a trusted part of the management team Who We're Looking For An experienced pest control professional Someone who enjoys helping others succeed A steady leader with strong communication skills A team‑oriented professional who values customers and coworkers alike If you're looking to take the next step in your career with a locally rooted company that treats people like family , we'd love to talk with you.
