Home Service Professional - Pest Control $19.50-$22.00 per hour + performance bonuses, 40-50 hours per week
Schedule Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM (or completion of last job)
Saturdays:
8:00 AM-3:00 PM (Every other Saturday during busy season) At Insight Pest Solutions Toledo , our mission is simple: To create a better everyday life for our community and our team by being the best service brand in Toledo and the surrounding areas. No pest control experience is required. Paid training will be provided, and you will be fully trained on pest control techniques, products, safety procedures, and customer service standards. Our technicians are the face of Insight. Your professionalism, punctuality, and attitude directly shape each customer's experience. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service, educate homeowners, and provide effective pest control solutions while representing Insight's values in every interaction. What We Offer Planet Fitness Black Card Membership 401k (after 6 months of employment) Paid training and state licensing (no prior experience required) Company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment Clear growth and advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work with a growing local company and long-term career opportunities Health Insurance coming soon Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly, professionally, and respectfully with homeowners at every visit Educate customers on pest issues, treatment methods, and prevention recommendations Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and team members Safely apply pesticides in accordance with company standards, product label instructions, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations Inspect building foundations, structures, and interior areas to identify pest activity and determine appropriate treatment solutions Accurately document services performed, findings, and treatments in compliance with company and regulatory requirements Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly Maintain proper use, care, cleanliness, and security of a company-provided vehicle, including safe and appropriate parking Respond promptly and professionally to customer and office requests Complete required training to continuously expand technical, safety, and service knowledge Support company growth by identifying service opportunities and promoting additional services when appropriate Requirements High level of accountability, integrity, and a positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report (last 3 years), and drug screen Ability to work in extreme temperatures and tight spaces Ability to work around stinging and/or biting pests Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs Ability to read, write, and document service notes clearly Ability to safely handle, mix, and apply pesticides while wearing proper PPE Ability to obtain and maintain a state pesticide applicator license within 90 days of hire
Pay:
$19.50 - $22.00 per hour
