Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Pest and Wildlife Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing wildlife control strategies, handling pest-related issues, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during outdoor and indoor operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors while applying your technical skills to solve real-world pest and wildlife challenges. Responsibilities Conduct wildlife trapping, exclusion, and removal activities using appropriate tools and techniques Apply pest control chemicals safely following pesticide management and chemical agent handling guidelines Operate company vehicles and power tools efficiently for various outdoor tasks Perform ladder use and ladder safety procedures during inspections or treatment applications at elevated locations Follow integrated pest management practices to identify, monitor, and control pest populations effectively Adhere strictly to safety protocols including respiratory protection, confined space entry safety procedures, and chemical handling procedures Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, wildlife sightings, and safety compliance documentation Upsell customers on elimination plan needed to rid customer of their issue. Requirements Prior outdoor work experience in pest control, farming, landscaping, or agriculture preferred Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and pest control chemical handling Ability to operate company vehicles safely and confidently drive in various conditions Familiarity with ladder safety procedures and confined space entry safety procedures required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with power tools.
