Utilizes pesticide and herbicide control materials and methods approved for military use and the apparatus for dispersal of these materials. Executes control measures for the following categories: termite, right of way, ornamental and turf, and general pest control. Identifies and establishes all work requirements pertaining to Vance Air Force Base pest control. Maintains Air Force, State of Oklahoma, and EPA directed reports and records. Must be D.O.D., or State of Oklahoma Commercially certified applicator. Responsible for decontamination procedures involving herbicide or pesticide chemical spills. Performs other job related duties as assigned. One year of documented experience relating to the job classification or successful documented completion of formal schooling with 6 months of documented experience required. Basic Qualifications
  • Must be D.O.D. or State of Oklahoma Commercially certified applicator
  • One year of documented experience relating to the job classification or successful documented completion of formal schooling with 6 months of documented experience required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must be a US or Permanent Citizen due to contract requirements
