$16.00-$25.00 per hour DOE +

Tulsa, OK Termite Pretreatment Service Technician - Must-Have Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience in termite pretreatment, pest control, or willingness to learn Ability to obtain and maintain required pesticide applicator licensing Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites in all weather conditions Ability to safely lift, carry, and operate application equipment, hoses, and supplies Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete digital documentation Dependable with excellent communication and customer service skills Termite Pretreatment Service Technician - Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Termite Pretreatment Service Technician to perform preventative termite treatments on new residential and commercial construction projects. This position is responsible for safely applying treatment products, maintaining accurate job documentation, and providing professional service to builders, contractors, and customers. Whether you have industry experience or are looking to start a career in pest management, we provide training and opportunities for advancement. Termite Pretreatment Service Technician - Essential Duties & Responsibilities Field Service Perform termite pretreatment applications according to company procedures and industry regulations Review job information to verify treatment requirements and jobsite readiness Safely operate application equipment, pumps, hoses, tanks, and related tools Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies in clean working condition Documentation & Compliance Record treatment information, chemical usage, job completion details, and photos using company-provided technology Complete work orders and service documentation accurately and on time site concerns, equipment issues, spills, or safety hazards promptly Follow all pesticide handling, storage, transportation, and application regulations Customer Service & Teamwork Communicate professionally with builders, contractors, inspectors, and team members Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials Participate in quality control reviews and support accurate job documentation Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment Termite Pretreatment Service Technician - Additional Qualifications Previous experience in termite pretreatment, pest control, field service, landscaping, construction, or utility work preferred Current pesticide applicator license is a plus Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with pumps, hoses, tanks, and spray equipment preferred Experience using smartphones, tablets, GPS, and digital work order systems Willingness to work overtime and adjust schedules based on business needs Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid training and opportunities for career advancement Supportive team environment with long-term growth potential
