Primary Purpose Inspect residential properties for pest and termite issues. Recommend Orkin protection and treatment services to homeowners. Combine home inspection, customer education, and sales responsibilities. Sales aptitude and ability to build trust with homeowners. Comfortable inspecting attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor areas. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. No prior pest control experience is typically required; Orkin provides training.
